I met Julia Karnick and her dog Lazlo. The article is on the topic of emotional bonding with pets, especially during the pandemic and as you can imagine, this appointment, just a few weeks after my dog Smutje died, was pretty challenging for me. In the end, however, what I always knew was confirmed: I can live without a dog. But it’s not my life then.
